The world's first satellite Android smartphone

 

United Arab Emirates's mobile satellite company Thuraya has introduced its first Android smartphone. This phone has been dual SIM functionality, in which a SIM will support 2G / 3G / 4G network while the other SIM will deal with the satellite. Thuraya X5-Touch phone will be available in 160 countries and this phone will start getting from December.l

Speaking of specifications, this Android smartphone has a 5.2-inch 1080 p IPS touch screen. The Snapdragon 625 chipset is given in the phone. This phone has 2 GB RAM, 16 GB expandable storage and 8 MP rear camera and 2 MP selfie camera.


The smartphone has a battery of 3,800 mAh and this smartphone will work on Android 7.1 knot. This phone is IP 67 water and dust resistant. This phone can also face extreme conditions. It has been given the MIL-STD-810 certification. It has NFC feature and weighs 262 grams.
